  5. Power walk for 30 minutes daily, infrared sauna for 30-60 minutes daily, 9 cups of water a day (1/3 of that is lemon water), and try to stay around 1200 calories with lots of fruits and veggies! :D

  68. I won a pair of Therafit Deborah. Love them but they are too small. I normally wear a size 8 but I really need a 9 or 9.5.(just the winner needs to order a bigger size.

    1. Thanks for sharing, Debbie! That is good information to have because I been thinking about buying a pair from Therafit. I don't know how many times I have ordered on the Internet only to find out the item ran too small or too big. It is very frustrating!
