From workouts to running errands to meeting a friend for coffee, I'm as comfortable as if I were wearing my pj's, but I don't look like I'm wearing pajamas! Yay!

Below I am wearing Soybu's Elana dress in Utopia. Isn't it cute? it's fabric weight and sleeve length make it the perfect dress for fall. Versatile and flattering, this dress is made of a wrinkle resistant fabric that makes it packable and perfect for traveling. It's truly a gem of a dress for those of you who hate to iron as much as I do. I swear by this dress! Even after leaving it in the dryer for a good 24 hours, there wasn't a wrinkle to be found. 

Just like every Soybu item I own, the Elana dress is INCREDIBLY soft and comfortable.  I can wear my dress all day long and, if I wanted to, sleep in it too! I haven't actually slept in it, but I could! Yup. It's that comfortable. It is an absolute must have for long days at the office and for traveling. With its bright, bold and beautiful pattern, it will take me just about anywhere in comfort and style.

Below, I am wearing Soybu's Transition Tank in Candlelight and City LeggingsThe top is super comfy and ooooh so soft! The performance fabric is made of cotton/modal/spandex and moves with my body. It can be worn as a v-neck or scoop neck and is definitely my go to cami for workouts and for layering under sheer tops. The leggings are WONDERFUL! I LOVE them and don't want to take them off! Seriously! They hug my legs smoothing my tummy, hips and thighs and yet they are sooo comfortable. Best of all, these denim-inspired faux pocket designed leggings can be dressed up or down (as seen below). Simply by switching out the tank with a tunic and adding pumps, I'm ready for a dinner date with hubby! Very versatile, to say the least.

  8. I try to go for at least one walk a day...or every other day at least....and eat lots of fruit not junk when I need sweets.

  11. We try to eat right (not drink our calories) and strive for a good 2 hours outside with the kids each day either biking, jogging or playing at the play ground. Recently its been a lot of swimming!
