Look Your Best This Holiday Season!

It's the most wonderful time of the year once again. As the holidays approach, you'll be making the rounds to parties, family gatherings, and special outings. You'll want to really have some pizazz as you get social. Take some time out for yourself to ensure that you are looking in top form. Heads will be turning and tongues will be wagging in appreciation when they see you walk into a room.

Transform Your Hair
Now is one of the best times to give yourself a new hair style. Whether you bring a magazine clipping, pull up a photo on your phone, or let the hairdresser get creative, breathe new life into your appearance. You'll be amazed at what a difference a new cut and color can do for you. Shed years off of your age. Spice things up. Give yourself a brand new attitude.

Pump Up Your Wardrobe
Go out on a shopping spree and find a few new items to give yourself more variety. Mix and match. Have fun and help yourself to feel a new energy every time you walk out the door. You don't have to spend a fortune to feel good about yourself.

Try New Techniques with Your Makeup
If you are like so many others, you are probably stuck in a rut. Too many women use the same shades of makeup, applying it in a tired way that is growing old. A professional airbrush makeup system can really make a difference in your appearance. You'll feel like a runway model or an old-time movie star by the time you are done trying new techniques.

Watch What You Eat
Everyone tends to overindulge during the holiday season. Remember to have portion control and self-control. You can still enjoy treats, but do so in moderation. Have small samples at parties instead of filling your entire plate. Drink water before it's time to eat and you'll curb your hunger. You want to tempt to taste buds without expanding your waist line.

Get Your Exercise
Remember to stay active. Don't let the change in weather keep you from being on the go. You can always to exercise DVDs. Park far away from the building to get some extra walking in. Take the stairs. Go for a stroll on your lunch break. You'll feel good about yourself and look good.

  8. I MUST try the drinking water before I eat trick. I had my makeup air brushed for my daughter's wedding a couple of years ago and it was super cool!
