Style, Decor & More: Fitness For A Cause!

Fitness For A Cause!

Nearly 80 men and women of all fitness levels joined in an early morning fitness event on Sunday for a 2-hour boot camp workout led by GIjayne Fitness. This fun event helped raise money for the Cleveland American Heart Association's Go Red Campaign.

GIjayne has a loyal fitness following and after watching her for only 15 minutes, you quickly see why. Her energy level is incredible and every one of her muscles is defined.  She takes exercise seriously and it really, really shows! Looking for a boot camp session in the privacy of your own home? Check out Jayne's latest DVD here! And if you are in the Cleveland area, don't miss her Titans Gym classes available at various locations, here

Go Red For Women is the American Heart Association (AHA)’s national movement to end heart disease in women. It was created 10 years ago – by women, for women – to fund ground-breaking research, pioneer life-saving education and support courageous advocacy. The Go Red movement, now 1.5 million strong, has also given women a platform to fight heart disease both individually and together. And we’ve made progress.  Women are making healthier choices by quitting smoking, exercising more and managing their cholesterol.  More than 627,000 lives have been saved, and 330 fewer women are dying each day.  But the fight is far from over. By funding the right research and education, heart disease in women can be treated, prevented, and even ended.

A special thanks to my friend, Michelle Seifert, who organized this wonderful event. From the lovely auction prizes to the complimentary granola bars, she is always the perfect hostess.
